Navion Consulting is a management consulting firm that works with financial institutions navigating transformation.
Our consultants bring direct experience from inside the industry: having led operating model redesigns, technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, and organizational changes within community banks, regional institutions, and specialty financial firms.

Financial services transformation leader and co-founder of Navion Consulting, Konstantin brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, capital markets, financial technology, and advisory.
He helps financial institutions move from strategic intent to operational results, with a focus on operating model design, process reengineering, core platform modernization, AI and automation enablement, governance, and large-scale change delivery.
Konstantin’s work has included commercial lending redesign, core banking modernization, operational excellence capability-building, AI adoption models, and complex cross-functional programs across commercial banks, global investment banks, specialty financial institutions, insurance organizations, and financial technology providers.
At Navion, he brings an insider’s understanding of how transformation actually works inside financial institutions: through clear ownership, practical delivery structures, stakeholder alignment, and operating models strong enough to sustain change.

Transformation and delivery professional and co-founder of Navion Consulting, Rey brings extensive experience helping clients reimagine and transform their operations, navigate disruption, and scale with confidence.
She works with clients to build operational clarity and delivery confidence, bringing together AI enablement, scalability thinking, and the structure needed to move complex programs forward. Her approach is grounded in practical execution, recognizing that transformation succeeds not through strategy alone but through the discipline of delivery.
Her work spans operational improvement across process reengineering, controls remediation, and capability building, alongside the strategic work that sustains it: technology enablement, change management, go-to-market execution, and delivery framework development.
